As part of the Sportscasting bachelor's degree program at Full Sail University, I completed the Project & Portfolio I course, which taught me how to market myself online and off through the power of personal branding. Upon completion, I developed this digital portfolio site using WordPress content management system and created a personal brand video. Watch this video to learn why you should consider hiring me.

PERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION
Overview & Objective
In this course, students explore, build, and assess their professional brand identity, points of differentiation, and areas of expertise to highlight online. Students create a digital portfolio website to serve as the foundation for all portfolio pieces throughout the program. By the end of the course, students have a digital platform to showcase their future work and continually enhance their appeal to future employers and industry professionals.

What I learned & why it matters
I discovered and defined my brand by researching my industry's marketplace, competition, and job qualifications. I highlighted skill sets that need improvement and developed a robust professional development campaign to address the identified skill gaps. I established a brand promise and position based on my target audience and wrote an elevator pitch to help me clearly and concisely communicate my unique promise of value.

 To develop this presentation, I used Keynote and exported the file as a PDF to SlideShare for the public to view. I used research tools like LinkedIn, Onet Online, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed for job-hunting exploration purposes.
Time
This project was completed in 14 hours, with an additional 8 hours dedicated to lectures.​​​​​​​
